Jamie Goode reported on this tastinng a while ago, only he guessed Chabanon’s wine correctly but thought Domaine de Ravanés Les Graviers de Taurou was the Petrus!!!

Fabulous food and a great atmosphere.
Really unusual dishes and each one exquisite.
The soft white polenta and wild mushrooms; clams, ham, garlic and chilli; bone marrow and truffle, lincolnshire smoked eel with celeriac remoulade; potted brown shrimps and steak tartare. Even the dressing on the green salad spoke of France. The best meal I’ve had for a long time and place where the enjoyment of wine is considered utterly natural!

Henri is the most talented winegrower in Provence, if you never tasted his wine you should do as soon as possible.
Purity and finesse with burgundy style is the caracter of the domaine. Also something importnat to know don’t worry if you drink too much because I had this experinec already several times and I always fell good the day after.

It has been a number of years since I have not been able to drink wine, as I am one of those individuals that is highly sensitive to chemicals.
I’ve tried one of the bottles of red wine, and I am happy to report that I have had no adverse reaction.
