Domaine Cosse Maisonneuve LA FAGE Cahors France 2005
Not a typical black wine as the unusually level of acidity creates a more elegant style of Cahors. Expressive nose of cherries with some leather, violette and cassis. Minimalistic vinification is evident in the good backbone structure. A wine true to its roots, well balanced, and wonderfully natural. 100% Malbec
