I've had few of those bottles in my cellar and when I tried it before the oak was still on top but the bottle we had last weekend was perfect.

Brilliant, chewy, fruity wine that insists on being drunk. Its the best wine we drank in 2009 although its pricey. If you like Ribero this is a great example.
Tasting Notes/Products Information
The knock-out nose of spicy oak and jammy cherry/raspberry fruit is followed by a round, medium to full-bodied wine with lavish oak, gobs of fruit, and a velvety finish. Very intense and voluptuous!
