Needs some time to develop though. Drink 2010 - 2016.

The wine is everything you hope for in great Sangiovese displaying wicked wild cherry fruit along with notes of herbs, leather, liquorice, pepper and spice and nascent prune, tar and tobacco aromas. It is so savoury that the food you are thinking of cooks and present itself at the table.
Around 1950, Manfredi and his wife Fortunata purchased the estate "Il Paradiso". In 1967, Manfredi and some farmers founded the Consorzio del Brunello di Montalcino.
