I'm surprised this wine has not been reviewed here yet. Rich, buttery, creamy, oaky - I love that style! One to look out for.
Tasting Notes/Products Information
Cervaro della Sala exhibits a complex bouquet with fruity aromas of citrus, pineapple and pears blending with vanilla from the oak used for ageing. Excellent and unspoilt varietal character. Well-structured palate with lingering flavours.
