- Free UK delivery charge for orders over £70, otherwise a small charge of £9.50 applies. Deliveries are made between 8:30am - 6:00pm. It is essential that our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address twice and has to return a third time, a supplementary charge may have to be made.

- Any personal information you give to us will always be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use the personal information you provide to deliver the services you have requested, or for our lawful, disclosed purposes. We will not make your personal details available outside our organisation without your consent, unless obliged by law.
- Returns & Replacements
- If, within 7 days, you wish to return any product we will be happy to refund or exchange the products provided the product and the packaging are in mint condition for resale. Goods must be returned at your own expense. Wines can also be returned to any of our shop "Wine of Course" at 216 Archway Road, London N6 5AX, Tel: 020 8347 9006.

- For your complete peace of mind, you may cancel your order within 7 working days prior to despatch of goods.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. Please be advised that if the first payment does not go through, the second card's billing address must match with the delivery address.
- Availability
- All wines are sold subject to availability. The seller (Zelas Ltd) remains the right to cancel an order at any time.
- Damaged or Missing Goods
- Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged or incorrect items and organise replacements.
