Tasting Notes/Products Information
Very dark ruby colour. The range of fragrances shows great maturity of fruit - almost black fruit jam, sweet spices, juniper and herbs. What appealed immediately was the harmony and the intense flavour of black cherries. On the palate it is round, generous and dense. Rich without imbalance. The silky tannins support the structure. The final carries a stream of notes of coffee and sage.
