I bought a bottle of this last Saturday directly from the shop on Archway Road . It is an absolutely cracking wine. Highly recommended. Just compare this to another bottle at the same price and you'll see what I mean. A producer to watch.

Red berry nose. Smooth, ample finish. Good value. I am really starting to like Cabernet Franc.

This exhibits a much more open, inviting sweetness on the nose, with perfumed hints of gaminess and soft strawberry fruit. On the palate it is silky-textured and quite rich with damp, woodlandy undertones and nice balance into a moderately long finish. Very good.
Tasting Notes/Products Information
A mouth-watering Anjou Rouge made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown from 30 year old vines on gravel and schist soils. Delightful red fruit notes on the nose and on the palate. A perfect accompaniment to grilled and cold meats and cheeses. Can be kept for 2-7 years.
