Fragrant, floral and honeyed on the nose . Plenty of fresh, crisp tree fruit, mineral and citrus with a lingering finish. Good value.

Delicious dry Riesling: generous peach and citrus fruit meets mineral elegance. An excellent expression of the Rheingau style. The practice of using "Von Unserm" to denote specially selected wines was started by Balthasar Ress, who founded the estate bearing his name in 1870.
Trocken is the German word for dry, and used within the classification of German wine. It is used on wine labels to indicate those which are dry rather than off-dry (halbtrocken), sweeter (lieblich) or sweet (süß). Technically trocken wines are not completely devoid of residual sugar, but have at most a few grams per liter, a level which can be perceptible but is not overtly sweet.
