ESTEVA has a ruby red colour. The aromas and flavors reminiscent of ripe red fruit, with resin and floral aromas typical of the varieties. The wine also shows a buttery complexity, from the blend of several varieties of the Douro and the evolution in the bottle. In the mouth it has a good balance between the smoothness of the Tinta Barroca, and the body, persistence and elegance of Touriga Franca. Overall it is a very pleasant wine ideal to enjoy young but will evolve positively in the bottle for 4-5 years.
Tasting Notes/Products Information
Aromas of ripe redcurrant and raspberry as well as some hints of violets. Well-balanced in the mouth, a result of the softness of Tinta Barroca, the body and length of Touriga Franca and the elegance of Tinta Roriz.
