Stuck it in the decanter for a couple of hours and drank the rest over 5 hours - Beautiful aromatics and well balanced and nuanced tones of white and black pepper, some bits of purple florals, bacon fat and black cherries

Tasting Notes/Products Information
Dark ruby red colour. On the nose the wine shows spices, red berries and delicate oak aromas. Tannins are soft and round, and the wine is full of delicate flavours of raspberry and vanilla, softened by long ageing in oak. There is a good balance between scarcely perceptible acidity and tannins which add ageing potential.
