This wine is elegant and quite perfumy on the nose. The palate is slightly off-dry. Good with spicy asian cuisine.

Perfume and floral notes on the nose. On the palate is semidry but really well balanced by lively acidity. We had it in a restaurant in Budapest where the sommelier informed us that the wine was biodynamic. So it created an interest to look for more wines like this.

Natural wines of Alsace. Biodinamic produced by farming. Gentle taste, smell gorgeous. The aroma of lychees and Muscat.
