Tones of minerality and darker fruits. For those of you who fancy extremely low sulfur levels this is a dream - for me it is a good wine. Recommended.

Very fine, lively wine with sappy, herby flavours and a long and harmonious finish!
Tasting Notes/Products Information
The vineyards is situated on the villages of Argelliers and Murles which have a cool microclimate that gives an unusual balance and depth for the region. The vineyards are currently being converted into biologique viticulture and the approach in the cellar is minimaliste to ensure that the terroirs effect is maximum. the vinification is therefore traditional without any added yeast. The extraction is soft thanks to regular pigeage. The wines is then aged in stainless steel apart from the Carignan which is aged 12 months in barrique. Great character and fruit, extremely well priced for an AOC.
