Definition of natural wine

Natural wine is wine made with as little intervention as possible, either in the way the grapes are grown (usually biodynamically) or the way they are crafted into wine. To make a difference between organic and natural wine, it useful to remember that organic wine is organic in the sense of having been produced made from organically grown grapes, but it may be subject to technical manipulation in the winemaking process. The following techniques and guiding principles are common amongst the producers of natural wine. This is fine winemaking at its purest, most honest form.

Organic vs. Natural wines
Winemaking techniques are not organic]. They can tend to little or no manipulation of wines by reverse osmosis, excessive filtration, or flavour additives (such as oak chips), use of wild yeasts for fermentation. In this case they are called natural wines.

The best non-alcoholic wine I've ever come across

It is like dry Moscato d'Asti only in technical terms it's an off-dry wine. Citrus, green apples and grapes. Very pleasant. I can smell barbeque smoke and sizzling summer days when I think of this wine.
