  1. When to Drink : 2011 to 2018. Review by Jancis Robinson (Posted on 15/06/2011)

Date tasted : 18-Jun-2009 / Published : 25-Sep-2009. Pale ruby colour with a pale rim - looks like Sangiovese! Meaty, heady, integrated nose. Quite delicate on the palate though with a complete spread across the palate. Dry tannins on the finish still but with real life to it. When to Drink : 2011 to 2018.

  2. Would buy again Review by Kushel (Posted on 27/05/2011)

Excellent wine from Tuscany - big palate, light oak!

  3. Very full-bodied and broad on the palate Review by Wino (Posted on 24/10/2009)

A little too "hot", but there's lots of fresh fruit and racy acidity. The silky tannins frame the fruit nicely. Lovely wine but not the best vintage.

  4. Potent and ripe Review by Bocca (Posted on 19/10/2009)

Considering the vintage this wine is actully quite exceptional - flavours of black cherries and black berries. Excellent now and will only improve through the next 10 years or so.

Love the rhubarb drink.
Review by Geoff (Posted on 27/01/2012)

Love the rhubarb drink. Reminds me of ratafia. Do you think this would work with honey as the sweetener?
