Its twin secrets of success are superbly located and lovingly tended vineyards, and the talents of winemaker Paul Pujol. Having made wine for top estates in New Zealand, Alsace and Oregon, he is ideally placed to deliver world-class Riesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from this exceptional fruit.
