Product Rating: Product Review (submitted on 10 June 2009):The volcanic soils on the slopes of Vesuvius are perfect for vine growing, thanks to the good drainage of the lava soil and excellent exposure to the sun.
Bright ruby red with some purple tinge. Fresh and sweet smell, red cherry at the right degree of ripeness, very candid. The palate is still quite fresh, tannic and with the taste of cherry with a slight almond note.
