Terms and Conditions
- AVAILABILITY All goods are sold subject to availability. The seller (Zelas Ltd) remains the right to cancel an order at any time.
- RETURN POLICY If, within 5 working days, you wish to return any product we will be happy to refund the cost of goods, excluding postage fees or exchange the products provided the product and the packaging are in mint condition for resale. Goods must be returned at your own expense and in their original packaging with any seal in tact and in a sale-able condition. Please enclose the original receipt with the parcel. Goods can also be returned directly to our shop "Zelas" at 216 Archway Road, London N6 5AX, Tel: 020 8347 9006.
- PAYMENT We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please be advised that if the first payment does not go through, the second card's billing address must match with the delivery address.
- DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged or incorrect items and organise replacements.
- CANCELATIONS For your complete peace of mind, you may cancel your order within 5 working days prior to dispatch of goods.
- COURIER DELIVERIES All deliveries are made by our courier TNT. Deliveries are made between 8:30am - 6:00pm. It is essential that our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address twice and has to return a third time, a supplementary charge may have to be made.
