Very interesting, half way between fermented grape juice and something light and sparkling. Very enjoyable, clean and refreshing after it settles in the glass. Ideal for sipping in the garden on a Sunday afternoon! Perfect summery drink. Highly recommended!

I tasted this wine on the Real Wine 2009 and it was absolutely taken by its unusulness. Also read about it on the internet too and decided to search for it. Highly recommended.
Tasting Notes/Products Information
Unfiltered, cloudy, moody, bottle fermented Trebbiano. It forms a perfect sphere in the mouth with an array of different flavours (peach, pear, unripe apricots and honey). Fresh, vibrant with nervy acidity. It's so alive in the mouth that if not swollen quickly it might break free.
Meant to be drunk as you would drink a refreshing cold beer or cider.
