Tasting Notes

Beautiful light yellow colour with silvery green highlights. A first nose of exotic aromas (banana) and notes of box tree. A second nose where the minerality makes shyly its appearance, with a fruit always very present. The attack on palate is lively and slightly acid, the aromas are faithful to the nose. The minerality is more powerful. Finale is beautiful and invites in the aperitif.
