Terms and Conditions
- USAGE You must be 18 or over years of age to order products from this website.
- AVAILABILITY All wines are sold subject to availability. The seller (Zelas Ltd) remains the right to cancel an order at any time.
- RETURN POLICY If, within 7 days, you wish to return any product we will be happy to refund or exchange the products provided the product and the packaging are in mint condition for resale. Goods must be returned at your own expense. Goods can also be returned directly to our shop "Wine of Course" at 216 Archway Road, London N6 5AX, Tel: 020 8347 9006.
- PAYMENT We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. Please be advised that if the first payment does not go through, the second card's billing address must match with the delivery address.
- DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls or errors within 48 hours. We will arrange collection of any damaged or incorrect items and organise replacements.
- CANCELATIONS For your complete peace of mind, you may cancel your order within 7 working days prior to despatch of goods.
- TASTINGS AND DINNER TICKETS In the event of cancellation full refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 14 days before the date of the event.
- COURIER DELIVERIES All deliveries are made by our courier BUSINESS POST. Deliveries are made between 8:30am - 6:00pm. It is essential that our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. If the courier is unable to make the delivery to the specified address twice and has to return a third time, a supplementary charge may have to be made.
